The following are our “Terms and Conditions” under which you use our Website. Please read through these carefully. By using this website and/or online payment you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. You must not use any part of the materials on our site for commercial purposes without obtaining a license to do so from our licensors or us. The material displayed on our site is provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranties as to its accuracy.

If any of your personal details change, you should advise us of the changes by email. Access to our site is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our site without notice (see below). We will not be liable if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of our site, or our entire site to users. Payment & Refund Policy

Online payment for services provided

On receipt of an invoice for services provided by Caredoc the invoice total is quoted in € Euros and you must be paid through our online payment service in this currency. If you do not hold an account in the relevant currency you may pay by debit/credit card and your card company should exchange the amount charged to the currency of your country at their current rate.

Payment may be made by credit or debit card or any other such payment method as Caredoc may introduce at its absolute discretion.

Caredoc reserves the absolute right to accept or refuse any payment made in any form.

Your card will be debited once the payment has been accepted. Once online payment is accepted you will receive a receipt within 14 working days confirming payment of your invoice in the post.

Where appropriate Caredoc will refund to your account any sum deducted by Caredoc. To maximise security Caredoc does not hold any credit/debit card details.

The Irish courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, a visit to our site although we retain the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of these conditions in your country of residence or any other relevant country. These terms of use are governed by Irish law.

We may revise these terms of use at any time by amending this page. You are expected to check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes we made, as they are binding on you.
