Caredoc are seeking to recruit an experienced, highly motivated, and enthusiastic Registered General Nurse to join their Community Intervention Team (CIT) service. The successful candidate will work closely with the Caredoc CIT team along with the bed managers, discharge coordinators and staff within St Vincent’s University Hospital, Elm Park, Dublin 4. This role will help to support the identification of suitable patients for early hospital discharge in liaison with the Caredoc CIT team.
Essential:
- NMBI registration as a General Nurse
- Possess min 4-5 years acute nursing experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work within an interdisciplinary team
- Good time management and leadership skills
Hours: Day hours Mon- Fri, part time, min of 15 hours per week
Location: St Vincents Hospital, Elm Park, Dublin 4
